ECO Management:

Efficiently oversee ECO processes across global manufacturing sites.

Use tools like Agile (PLM) for ECO creation, routing, tracking, releasing, and distribution.

Collaborate with Engineering and Materials teams to review and implement product updates or modifications.

Product Setup:

Create setups for new products in tools like Agile and BAAN, including product numbers and BOM (Bill of Materials) structures.

Generate part numbers for BOM and establish AVL (Approved Vendor List) in Agile & BAAN systems.

Document Handling:

Download and release customer documents (e.g., product specifications) in the PLM system.

Change Analysis during NPI:

Act as a Change Analyst for new product introductions (NPI), facilitating smooth transitions for changes.

Release Part Lists to production for new models post-ECO implementation.

Process and Team Management:

Process Metrics Adherence: Ensure targets are met for all process metrics.

Reporting: Generate and circulate reports and dashboards in a timely manner.

Team Mentorship:

Mentor and guide team members for effective task execution.

Train new and existing team members on tools and topics.

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Electronics-related fields like ECE (Electronics and Communication), EEE (Electrical and Electronics), or EandI (Electronics and Instrumentation), or equivalent practical experience.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in the EMS industry.

Core Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Interpersonal and critical conversation skills.

• Understanding of quality tools and techniques to improve processes and address customer quality issues.

• Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP), copyrights, regulations, and company policies.

Technical Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office.

• Basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and ERP systems.

• Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards.

• Competence in managing functional, technical, and process workflows.
