Engineering Posts (DGM / Executive Engineer): Full-time B.E. / B.Tech / AMIE in the relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Control & Instrumentation, Mining, Environmental, Chemical, or Fire & Safety) from a recognized University or Institute.
Deputy Manager (Human Resources): Full-time Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations, or an MBA with specialization in HR / Personnel Management.
Deputy Manager (Legal): Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B / Professional Law Degree) recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Assistant Executive Manager (Scientific): Master's degree (M.Sc) in Chemistry or the relevant scientific branch specified by NLCIL.
Security Posts (ACM / Assistant Manager Security): Graduation along with qualifying service/commission in the Armed Forces, Paramilitary (CRPF/BSF/CISF), or State Police cadre.
(Note: Post-qualification executive experience in relevant industry scales is required for grades E-1 through E-7, with higher experience bands for E-4, E-6, and E-7 roles.)
