Agentic AI Engineering: Design, build, and deploy multi-agent systems and conversational workflows leveraging LangGraph, LangChain, and Python on modern cloud infrastructure.
Requirements Translation: Collaborate closely with product managers and business teams to scope technical requirements and define development roadmaps.
Data Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end data preparation - handling collection, annotation, transformation, and quality checks for model evaluation and fine-tuning.
Model Optimization & Scaling: Assist in benchmarking, evaluating, and fine-tuning foundation models for reliability, cost efficiency, and low-latency performance.
Technology Adoption: Continuously evaluate emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and agent architectures to integrate high-value capabilities into core workflows.
Mentorship & Growth: Participate actively in internal technical mentorship programs to rapidly expand engineering breadth and foster team innovation.
Documentation & Standards: Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation covering system designs, prompt engineering templates, and deployment processes.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Must Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Python for Generative AI use-cases.
- Hands-on experience through academic, internship, or self-initiated projects involving AI/ML algorithms and/or LLM-based applications
