Eligibility Criteria for IAF Group C Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification
1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / Hindi Typist
- Must have passed 12th Class from a recognized board.
- Should be able to type on a computer with:
- English typing speed of 35 words per minute, or
- Hindi typing speed of 30 words per minute.
2. Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade)
- Must have passed 10th Class (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
- Should hold a valid driving license for both light and heavy vehicles.
- Must have professional driving skills and a sound knowledge of motor mechanisms.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in driving motor vehicles is required.
3. Cook (Ordinary Grade)
- Should have passed 10th Class from a recognized board.
- Must hold a certificate or diploma in catering.
- Requires at least 1 year of experience in the cooking trade.
4. Painter / Carpenter (Skilled)
- Should have passed 10th Class from a recognized board.
- Must have an ITI certificate in the relevant trade (Painter/Carpenter).
5. House Keeping Staff (HKS)
- Should have passed Matriculation or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university.
6. Laundryman / Mess Staff
- Must have passed 10th Class or its equivalent.
- Should have 1 year of experience as a Dhobi in any recognized organization or institute.
7. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
- Should have passed Matriculation or an equivalent qualification.
- Desirable: 1 year of experience as a Watchman, Lascar, Gestetner Operator, or Gardener in any organization or institute.
8. Vulcaniser
- Must have passed 10th Class or its equivalent.
- OR be an ex-serviceman from the appropriate trade.
