Quality Assurance and Standards: Ensure all software features consistently meet industry standards, functional requirements, and specific customer solution benchmarks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Network Engineering (NE), Development (Dev), and Product Line Management (PLM) teams to design comprehensive and effective test cases.

Test Strategy and Execution: Lead the execution of feature and functional test plans to rigorously validate product capabilities and performance.

Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Network Management System (NMS) products and architectures.

Technical Support and Advocacy: Provide expert-level support to TAC and System Engineering teams for high-stakes customer demonstrations and the resolution of complex field issues.
Qualification and Skills

Experience: 1 to 3 Years’experience from Telecommunication or Networking background.

Education: B.Tech/BE (CSE/ECE/EEE/IS) or any other equivalent degree

Candidate should be good at coding skills in Core Java, multithreading.

Optical Networking Technologies: Proficient in SDH, OTN, DWDM, and WSON technologies, with specialized hands-on experience managing and testing FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, and Security) within OTN/DWDM environments.

EMS/NMS Testing: Extensive experience in functional and integration testing for EMS/NMS systems, covering both User Interface (UI) and API validation.

Test Automation: Skilled in developing automation suites using Python and open-source frameworks such as Robot Framework, Py-Test, or Playwright.

Hardware Proficiency: Direct experience operating and integrating specialized optical test equipment, including ANT and VIAVI analyzers.
