Educational qualifications

For Data Entry Operator (DEO)/DEO Grade ‘A’ Roles in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Ministry of Culture, and the Staff Selection Commission: Candidates should have successfully completed 12th standard in the Science stream with Mathematics as a compulsory subject, attained from a recognized board or an equivalent institution.

One-Time Registration (OTR):

• All candidates who wish to apply must generate their OTR on the new SSC website (https://ssc.gov.in); OTR generated on the old website (https://ssc.nic.in) will not be valid.

• After completing the OTR, candidates can proceed to fill out the online application for the examination.

• Once generated, the OTR remains valid for all examinations applied for through the new website.
