- Senior Secretariat Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce from a recognized University, plus typing proficiency and basic computer application knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Technical Assistant: 1st Class Diploma in Engineering / Technology (Mechanical / Metallurgy / Electrical / Electronics) or B.Sc. in relevant discipline with relevant practical laboratory experience.

- Senior Secretariat Assistant: 18 to 28 Years
- Technical Assistant: 18 to 30 Years
